These economic plate drill burning lines are available for plates and flat steel from 600 mm width up to 2500 mm width. The drilling and burning line Peddimat FDB 600 and FDB 1000 from Peddinghaus has been successfully used in the steel processing industry as it is an especially economic entry level system. There is also a high demand for the FDB 600 as used machine. In most cases the plates or flat steel get drilled and then burned to the desired level.
For the drilling are used inner coolant drills as well as KSEM carbide drills and solid carbide drills; the last ones are especially convenient for younger machines starting from 2008 y.o.c..
All drills are designed as inner coolant drills in order to allow a high cutting performance.
The cutting process is operated either with Oxyfuel or Plasma technic.

Within the last 20 years nenok sold worldwide more than 50 machines of this kind and provides spare parts, service and maintenance by its own technicians. In particular the used drill burn lines type FDB 600 and FDB 1000 from Peddinghaus, WBZ 1000, WBZ 1500 and KF 1505 from Kaltenbach, Tipo A and Tipo B from Ficep have proved to be very solid and reliable.
