Nenok sells a well-preserved heavy plate G+K straightening machine line RS 1500 / S 7RR
The used G+K leveling machine has a straightening capacity of 5 mm to 40 mm plate thickness and 1500 mm plate width with a material tensile strength of 400 N / mm². The machine is ideally suited for straightening heavy plate and plate material in steel construction, plant construction or steel trading.
By flame cutting with an oxy-fuel cutting machine or plasma cutting machine, but also by drilling many holes, high heat energy is introduced into the sheet or workpiece and thus creates stress factors which can result in distortion of the sheets and require straightening. In order to straighten the metal sheet bent by the tension distortion, the use of a straightening machine is advantageous and economical. In the straightening systems, the sheet metal component is guided over a roller conveyor through a roller stand with several lower and upper straightening rollers. The sheets are brought inside the high-quality straightening rollers of a previously set mechanical bending and thereby directed. The tape running direction of the RS 1500 is possible in both directions.
The special construction of this G+K straightening machine line makes it possible to define the inclination over only two setting-points. The control panel allows a reproducible quick setting. The plate straightener consists of a total of 7 hard-chrome plated leveling rolls: 4 lower rolls and 3 upper rolls. The lower rollers are driven by an electric motor. The roll diameter is 200 mm. The roller conveyor outfeed height is 950 mm. The G+K straightening system includes a suitable roller conveyor for the infeed and outfeed sides.
