The used Kaltenbach KBS 1051 DG - KDM 1015 drill saw combination is an ideal economic supplement for modern steel construction or steel trading. A combination of a comprehensive Kaltenbach T13 transport system with a 3-axis drilling line, an embossing unit and a horizontal band saw with autosorter ensures fast and economical profile processing. All processes are controlled by a modern CNC control and the appropriate Profiline software from Kaltenbach.
Nenok, as used machinery specialist for the industrial sectors of the steel construction and steel trading has regularly the suitable saw drilling lines available for its international customers. Often the systems are available at short notice from our Cologne machine warehouse. However, we keep some machines available for you as long as possible under power for demonstration at the old location.
Currently we would like to introduce you the attractive Kaltenbach KBS 1051DG-KDM 1015 system for profile sizes up to 1000 x 500 mm.
The Kaltenbach system consists of a cross transfer system on the infeed side on which the profiles to be processed are temporarily stored. The profiles are transversely displaced in the initial length on the infeed roller conveyors via cross transfers. Subsequently, the measuring arm takes over the profile with a gripper and automatically transports it to the drilling system, the marking embossing or the mitre band saw. First, the cut of the head is made with or without a mitre cut, after which the programmed holes and markings are placed in the profiles. Due to the three powerful auger drives each with 29.5 KW, the drill line is ideally suited to be used with high performance carbide drills of e.g. Kennametal or the solid carbide drills of e.g. Hartner, Guehring or Kennametal. An automatic tool changer with 5 tool stations on each drilling axis allows a quick change of the diameters to be drilled or the change to tools for tapping or countersinking. A profile inscription for later recognition is brought into the profiles with a hydraulic embossing machine. Then the profile is sawn by the band saw to the desired length and automatically transported to the outfeed side. An automatic sorting system (auto-sorter) ensures the fully automatic removal of the remaining pieces and the further transport of the finished components via the outfeed roller conveyors to the cross transfers in the outfeed area. There, the finished sawn and drilled profiles are stored for further transport.
The used saw and drill line is in very good condition. Since this Kaltenbach plant was sold in Oct. 2019, the Nenok service team together with employees of Heinz Sanders will carry out the professional disassembly, relocation and assembly in the new customer's plant.
