Take advantage of our attractive offers for used beam drill line or beam drilling machines for profile processing in steel construction, steel trading and metal construction.
From the entry-level beam drill line in combination with a circular saw to the high-performance beam drilling line in combination with a band saw, various beam drilling systems are available at short notice. Nenok as a specialist for used machines in profile steel processing regularly has the suitable beam drills for its customers in the Cologne machine warehouse. Since every steel constructor has different requirements for a new machine, we regularly strive to have the beam drilling lines that fulfill your expectations. Because often the fast availability and a low price is the reason for the decision in the acquisition of a used drill line. However, as modern steel working does not manage to incorporate the machining data without CNC control, we only operate machines equipped with a CNC control. The machining data created by the CAD system, such as drilling positions, markings, sawing positions, are converted by the CNC control into machining data using suitable software and data interfaces. The beam drilling lines are thus able to enable automatic profile machining.
Below you will find a part of our currently available (beginning of April 2018) profile beam drilling lines or drill and saw line combinations.
As always offers are subject to prior sale.
Peddinghaus DSC 300A beam drill saw line (YOM 1992)
Peddinghaus DSC 300D beam drill line with disc saw (YOM 1997)
We recommend this entry-level beam drilling machine for profile sizes up to 300 mm. Although this drill line is constructed to save space, thanks to an integrated roller measuring system, it can also drill long profiles in 3 axes and work with the flanged circular saw to the length specified in the CNC control. Drilling is done with HSS oil feed drills.
Peddinghaus BDL 600 beam drill line with sawing machine (YOM 1998)
Kaltenbach KBS 620 + APS 603 beam drill saw line (YOM 1999)
Kaltenbach KBS 620 DG + APS 615 beam drill line with band saw (YOM 2001)
These three medium-sized beam drill saw combinations are all equipped with a mitre band saw and a three-axis drilling machine. Two plants use HSS oil feed drills, while the younger one is equipped with KSEM Kennametal carbide drills, plus a tool changer and a marking embossing device. The Peddinghaus BDL 600 measures the length using a roller measuring system. In the two Kaltenbach systems, the length measurement is done with a measuring cart system.
Peddinghaus TDK 1000 beam profile drilling line (YOM 1992)
Peddinghaus TDK 1000 beam drill line (YOM 1994)
Trennjaeger TS3 + 3B40-CNC-PC beam profile drilling machine with separate disc saw (YOM 1992)
Kaltenbach KBS 1001 + APS 1015 beam drill saw line (year of construction 2001)
Kaltenbach KDS 1015 + KBS1010 beam drill saw line (year of construction 2009)
The 5 available large profile beam drilling lines are designed for the machining of steel profiles up to a profile height of 1000 mm. The two Peddinghaus TDK 1000 have the roll measuring system and stand alone without a saw. The Trennjaeger system consists of a separate CNC drilling unit with tool changer and a separate circular saw, which are operated completely independently of each other. Four systems use HSS cooling channel drills on all three drilling axes. The young used Kaltenbach KDS 1015 + KBS1010 beam drill line from 2009 is equipped with carbide drills for high performance drilling. The Kaltenbach and Trennjaeger beam drilling lines have a 5-fold tool changer on all 3 drill axes. Countersinking, threading and marking is part application ranges except for the used Peddinghaus machines.
Suitable transport systems, such as roller tables and tractors, are either included or sold separately by Nenok.
We will gladly send you further details about the respective drill with a saw and advise you on the technical condition. The necessary professional disassembly, delivery, installation and commissioning will be offered on request.
