A Ficep 1103 DEB beam drill line in combination with a Ficep SCS 126 band saw and a Voortman V630 beam drill line in combination with a Voortman VB 1050 band saw are available at short notice. Both lines are modern CNC controlled saw and drill lines combination for powerful structural steel processing.
Both steel profile processing systems are suitable for the hard everyday production for automatic sawing, drilling, tapping, center marking, countersinking and stamping of letters and numbers in steel processing for the steel construction or steel trading industry. Powerful drill drives allow the use of carbide drill bits tooling from Kennametal, Hartner, Gühring and other suppliers. A coolant supply ensures the permanent cooling of the drilling tools and the saw blade, which results in a further increase in performance through higher cutting speeds or the extension of the tool life.
Both machine systems are linked to a central, convenient CNC control system to which the manufacturer service center of Ficep or Voortman can connect online for error analysis. Both Ficep and Voortman have reliable and easy-to-use CNC machine controls. For processing and transferring program data from a customer's existing CAD system, data is transferred in common software formats such as DSTV and DXF.
These two Ficep and Voortman sawing and drilling systems are equipped with extensive accessories. For example, a transport system consisting of roller conveyors for transporting the profile carriers and an automatic tool changer are part of the system. A reliable roller measuring system conveys and measures the steel profiles in the longitudinal axis. The two band saws are designed as miter band saws for angular cuts on both sides. A CNC-controlled marking unit stamps clearly visible position or order numbers on the steel beam profiles.
