Hartner Multiplex HPC carbide drill bits

The MULTIPLEX HPC exchangeable insert drilling system enables efficient drilling of steel profiles and plates on heavy-duty drilling machines. The HPC carbide inserts have a special point geometry for centering, as well as a FIRE multi-layer coating for high drilling speeds and long durability. These features were specifically designed for use on the drilling machines from Ficep, Kaltenbach, MicroStep, Peddinghaus, Vernet-Behringer and Voortman. Alternative to Multiplex HPC Drills

Particularly for smaller drill diameters, the solid carbide drills from Hartner are an economical alternative. The regrinding of the solid carbide drills can be done quite easily by yourself. Of course, we also offer our customers a grinding service, both for solid carbide drills and for tool cutting edges of the Multiplex HPC drills.
