Ficep A16.36N Angle line for punching and shearing , CNC controlled angle line for fast and flexible production of angle steel and flat steel. A rapid transition from the machining of angle profiles to the machining of flat material is provided. The roller conveyer consists of a heavy and stable profile steel construction and is designed for 6 m profile lengths. The guide track carries the gripper and feed carriage, which moves and positions the angle profiles.
The tipping tongs of the trolley are equipped with a telescopic shock absorber system. It optimizes the feed of the angle profiles that arrive over the loading table.
The Ficep angle line of yoc. 1997 consists of a heavy steel base for holding the punching group and the shear group. Furthermore, the machine has two hydraulic punching units, each of which is equipped with 3 punches. In order to guarantee a quick change of the stamps, each unit has special, exchangeable tool carrier. The angle punching unit also has a hydraulic profiling shear for the individual cut. The profile steel shear is equipped with a knife changing system. On the discharge side there is a roller conveyer without drive, which can be tilted on one side and serves for the automatic ejection of the profiles.
