BLM Adige TC720 automatic circular saw with Adige ST660 deburring machine

This automatic Adige sawing machine with Adige deburring machine is suitable for sawing (cutting to length) tubular and solid bars. The system is ideally suited for the production of bar material in the manufacture of stable systems, railing production, the furniture industry, the automotive industry or the steel trade.

Adige TC720

The Adige TC720 is a hydraulic circular sawing machine with automatic cycle for the economical sawing of tubes and solid material made of steel or stainless metals. A material supply battery consisting of a series of holding/carrier rollers transports and positions the material in the sawing area.

Adige ST660

The Adige TS660 deburring machine is a brushing device that removes the machining residues (the saw burr) from the ends of tubes, bars or profiles. The ST660 is coupled to the saw via a loading system. The sections previously cut by the TC720 are fed through the deburring device and automatically deburred by brushes and then conveyed out of the machine.

• an automatic circular saw equipped with a roller measuring system for measuring the length of the bars.
• a Siemens PLC control system for programming the cut-off lengths and stacking positions.
• a stacking system which positions finished workpiece lengths at 3 different positions.
• an Adige TS660 deburring machine which removes the saw burr with a grinding unit after sawing
• a bar conveyor system for transfer to the sanding machine
• A sanding dust extraction system with filter system

The automatic pipe sawing machine TC720 has approx. 21,400 operating hours and is in a fully functional, good condition. This sawing machine was dismantled by Nenok technicians and can now be viewed in the machine warehouse at Nenok.
