Adige TC720

The Adige TC720 circular sawing machine is an automatic sawing system for the economical sawing of steel pipes. This automatic sawing line is suitable for cutting to length tubes and solid bars used in the production of stable systems, railing production, the furniture industry, the automotive industry or the steel trading industry.

The complete Adige TC720 sawing line consists of:
- a loading magazine suitable for tube bundles with a bar diameter from 12 mm to 80 mm and up to max. 4000 kg feed capacity.
- a circular saw equipped with a roller measuring system for measuring the length of the bars.
- a Siemens control for programming the cut-off lengths and deposit positions.
- a depositing system which positions finished workpiece lengths at 3 different positions.

The saw blade diameter is either 250 mm or 275 mm

The saw cut capacity is:
for solid material D= min.12 mm to max. 30 mm
for round tube D= min. 12 mm to max. 80 mm
for square tube min. 10 x 10 mm to 70 x 70 mm
for rectangular tube min. 15 x 10 mm to 80 x 70 mm

The automatic tube sawing machine TC720 has approx. 14,000 operating hours and is in a fully functional good condition.

A disassembly and assembly of the automatic sawing machine can be carried out by Nenok technicians. The availability of spare parts and service is available through the international branches of Adice, which belong to the BML Group.
