The high-quality semi-automatic band saw is equipped with a patented hydraulic feed for adjusting the speed and pressure during sawing. With this fine adjustment you have the following advantages: a higher cutting quality, a smoother running and a longer service life of the metal saw band and the band saw.
· To protect against corrosion by the cooling lubricants, the robust welded construction is protected with a special surface treatment.
· Miter setting -45 / + 60 degrees with high quality ball bearing with scale and locking by tool.
· The straps of the strap guide are made of a hardened die-cast aluminum alloy and machined.
· Space-saving design with integrated 50-liter cooling system and electric pump and chip collecting container for easy cleaning.
· Control unit freely adjustable with EMERGENCY STOP, start-stop and 2 speeds.
· Material stop 500 mm length with height adjustment.
· Vise with manual presetting and hydraulic end closure.
