Gietart GW 1500-415 continuous blast machine for the economical blasting and descaling of sheet metal and profiles with a particularly large opening of 1,600 mm x 850 mm for profiles up to 800 mm high as a special version.

The machine has been running in 1-shift operation and has been continuously maintained.

The Gietart GW 1500-415 is a solid continuous blast machine that is reliably in use worldwide. The blast machine is equipped with 4 C380 blast turbines with 11kW each. This Gietart throughfeed blast machine is suitable for blasting and descaling sheet metal and profiles with a maximum cover width of 1550 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 800 mm. small parts can be conveyed through the system using a blasting basket.

Shorter or thinner parts and e.g. uneven flat bars must be transported on a scaffold or basket. The parts to be blasted must be dry and free of rust and scale and other contaminants such as oil, grease and paint.

The system is equipped with an efficient integrated cartridge filter system and a manually height-adjustable brush and blow-off system. The Gietart brush/blast-off system cleans sheet metal and profiles of any remaining blast media.
