Peddinghaus FDB600

The Peddinghaus FDB 600/3S from the Peddimat product range is a high-performance drilling and flame-cutting machine that has been specially designed for processing sheet metal, steel plates and flat steel. It is characterized by its ease of operation and programmability.

This machine can process sheets with a width of 80 mm to 600 mm, a thickness of 6 mm to 50 mm and a standard length of up to 6000 mm. Longer flat steels can be processed using the roll feed system, depending on the material weight; however, individual consultation is required here.

The drilling device comprises three drilling spindles, which are designed for the use of HSS coolant drills in the diameter range from 8 mm to a maximum of 40 mm (the Nenok HSS coolant drills with flat grinding and the Nencool cooling lubricant are particularly suitable for this). Depending on the drill diameter selected, one of the spindles is used, with each spindle operating at a specific speed.

The system is controlled by a Fagor 8055i CNC control in combination with user-friendly software. CAD data can be imported in DSTV or DXF format.
