Description of Ficep 601 DE Excalibur
Ficep 601 DE Excalibur drilling machine for flat steel, angle and profile machining with longitudinally traversing drilling unit.
The drilling machine has a CNC-controlled drilling unit (Mitrol computer control system) that moves in the longitudinal direction of the X-axis, the traverse path is 0 - 12,000 mm.
The Excalibur has a manual tool change with quick-action chuck.
The drilling spindle drive is suitable for the use of HSS drills and Kennametal interchangeable plate drilling tools from Nenok.
The CNC control is from Mitrol, a company of the Ficep Group.
