Ficep Endeavour 1103 DEB

FICEP 1103 DEB drilling machine in combination with a Ficep Katana SCS 126 mitre band saw. This powerful Ficep saw drill line system is ideally suited for sawing, drilling and marking of sectional steel and flat steel in steel construction and steel trade. A roller measuring feed ensures fast material transport including material measuring. Either carbide drills from Nenok or Kennametal are used for drilling the profiles. HSS coolant channel drills and taps can also be used. This Ficep saw drill line is the ideal system for large production quantities for a larger steel fabricator or steel trader. A modern CNC control from Mitrol ensures easy programming. A marking device for embossing numbers and letters is part of the system. The machine is designed for processing steel profiles up to 21 m in length. A transport system for material transport consisting of roller conveyor and cross tractors is included.
