FICEP Tipo B251 sheet metal working centre for drilling, marking and flame cutting of sheet metal and flat steel in steel construction, plant engineering and steel trade. This Ficep Tipo B 251 sheet metal working centre can drill, mark, thread, countersink, oxy-fuel flame cut and plasma cut flat steel or sheet metal with a maximum sheet length of 6000 mm.
The CNC controlled flat steel processing centre Ficep Tipo B 251 is equipped with a drilling unit and a flame cutting unit, as well as with a transport system and clamp measuring system for material transport. In the infeed side and outfeed side there are two clamp measuring carriages which are guided on a stable guideway with toothed rack. By this the sheets are positioned at the exact working position.
The flame cut is usually carried out with an oxy-fuel flame cut for material from 20 mm and with a plasma cut for sheet thicknesses up to 25 mm using a plasma cutting unit Hypertherm HT2000
The drilling unit has an output of 11 kW and is equipped with a 6 compartment tool changer for quick drill bit changes.The drilling unit is designed for drilling with carbide tools such as Hartner solid carbide drills, Kennametal KSEM, Hartner Multiplex interchangeable plate tools as well as for use with HSS coolant channel drills in drill diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm. The max. sheet thickness for drilling is 100 mm.
The suction unit for flame cutting is equipped with a Donaldson Torit filter system.
The Ficep CNC control Mitrol is equipped with the user software Arianna. CAD data from the work preparation are transferred to the Ficep Tipo B machine via data line and loaded into the machine via the DSTV data interface.
