Gietart GW 1500-410 shot blast machine

The Gietart GW 1500-410 continuous blast machine is designed for economical blasting of sheet metal and profiles in steel processing and steel trade.

The Gietart GW 1500-410 is a solid continuous blast machine which is reliably in use worldwide. The blast machine is equipped with 4 pcs. C380 blast turbines with 11kW each. This continuous blast machine is suitable for the blasting of sheets and profiles with a maximum document width of 1510 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 650 mm, small parts can be processed with a blast basket.
The machine is further equipped with a powerful integrated cartridge filter system and a fully automatic brush and blow-off system.
For material transport, the blast machine has a 6 m long driven infeed roller conveyor and a 6 m long outfeed roller conveyor. In addition, the discharge roller conveyor is equipped with a blasting material collection tray and screw conveyor.

Gietart GW 1500-410 Condition

The Gietart blast machine has been regularly maintained and is in good condition. The operating hours (switch-on time) amount to 13.882 hours and the blasting hours (blast turbine in operation) amount to 9.424 hours.

The blast machine manufacturer Gietart from Hengelo in Holland has been part of the Kaltenbach Group from Lörrach for several years so that a very good spare parts supply is guaranteed.
