Gietart Gietart Sprint 1504

The Kaltenbach Gietart Sprint 1504 blast machine is a continuous blast machine for the economical blasting of sheet metal and profiles in steel construction and the steel trade.

Due to a name change, this Sprint 1504 blast machine is now offered under the company name Gietart again.

The modern and reliable Kaltenbach Sprint 1504 was manufactured in Kaltenbach's sister company, Gietart in Hengelo. This blast machine is equipped with 4 C380 blast turbines with 11kW each. The Sprint 1504 continuous sandblasting machine is suitable for cleaning and descaling (blasting) of sheet metal and profiles with a maximum cover width of 1510 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 430 mm, small parts can be processed with a blasting basket.
The machine is also equipped with a high-performance filter system and a fully automatic brush and blow-off system on the outfeed side.
For material transport, the machine has a transport system with driven infeed roller conveyor and outfeed roller conveyor.

The Kaltenbach Sprint continuous shot blast machines are manufactured by Gietart in Hengelo, the Netherlands. Machine service, original wear parts and spare parts procurement are carried out by the Kaltenbach Group with its worldwide subsidiaries.
