Behringer HBP 313N

The Behringer HBP 313N is a horizontal double-column band saw designed for industrial use in metalworking.

The HBP 313N band saw is suitable for the precise cutting of solid material, tubes, and profiles made of steel and other metals. Thanks to its robust construction, hydraulic workpiece clamping, and continuously adjustable cutting speed, it is designed for both single-piece and series production.
The large working area allows for the processing of round stock up to Ø 310 mm and flat stock up to 500 × 300 mm. With a variable cutting speed ranging from 20 to 140 m/min, the machine can be optimally adapted to various materials. A cooling lubricant system with a 60-liter capacity and a band tension of 60 bar ensure high cutting quality and a long service life for the saw band.

The HBP 313N is driven by a 4.0-kW saw motor. Additional motors power the hydraulic system, the coolant supply, and the chip conveyor. The electrical connection is 400 V / 50 Hz, and the control system operates at 24 V DC. With a machine weight of 1,960 kg and a material support height of 800 mm, the machine offers high stability and ergonomic working conditions.
