Behringer HBP 430N – Robust Double-Column Band Saw for Professional Use

The HBP 430 N is a high-performance horizontal double-column band saw designed for industrial use, offering impressive cutting precision, robust construction, and reliability. It is ideally suited for use in mechanical engineering, steel construction, metal fabrication, as well as in manufacturing and metalworking shops.
With a cutting range of up to Ø 430 mm or 600 × 430 mm at 90°, both solid material and tubes and profiles can be processed cost-effectively. A working area of 320 × 430 mm is available for miter cuts up to 45°. The continuously adjustable cutting speed from 17 to 110 m/min allows for optimal adaptation to a wide variety of materials.

The band saw features a powerful 7.5-kW saw unit, a hydraulic material feed, and a cooling lubricant system with a 150-liter capacity. The band tension of 80 bar ensures high process reliability and a long service life for the saw band. Despite its own weight of approximately 2,100 kg, the material support height of 700 mm allows for ergonomic operation.

Power is supplied at 400 V / 50 Hz with a connected load of approximately 11 kW. The control system operates at 24 V DC. A cable cross-section of at least 4 × 6 mm² is recommended for operation.

The HBP 430N is in very good condition, has seen little use, and embodies Behringer’s proven quality; it remains a reliable production machine for precise saw cuts in continuous operation even today. Thanks to its solid construction and simple design, it is suitable for both daily workshop use and demanding industrial applications.
