The Behringer HBP310 - 403 GA double mitre bandsaw is a high-quality, young mitre bandsaw that reliably processes round material (max. diameter 250 mm) and profiles (max. with 90° saw cut 400 x 250 mm) with a material length of max. 6200 mm in automatic mode in this system configuration as a fully automatic machine.

Thanks to the sturdy frame, the precise double column guide and the saw blade guide as well as the powerful drive unit, the HBP310 403 GA guarantees a high cutting performance with consistent results for demanding cutting tasks.

Another feature of the Behringer HBP310 403 GA is the user-friendly control system, which enables even less experienced operators to use the machine efficiently.

The automatic material feed from the flat magazine and the infeed and outfeed using clamping grippers help to increase productivity by optimizing material transport during the cutting process. The machine is also equipped with modern safety functions to ensure safe operation.

After the saw cut, the sawn components can be transported away using the tiltable material chute and an additional destacking portal with three pallet spaces.

• System description

Loading magazine

Part of the loading magazine for max. 6200 mm long components is a pre-storage on which the components are placed on racks and then manually placed in the loading magazine. The loading magazine then transports the material to the infeed roller table of the saw in automatic mode. If material is not completely sawn, residual material can be transported back out of the saw and then removed from the roller conveyor in the remnant store. Manual removal takes place here.

Automatic length measurement

A material feed device with gripper and length measuring device is used to automatically transport, position and measure the profiles.

• The clamping pressure is infinitely adjustable. The material remains hydraulically clamped during the cut
• Switch-off device for the automatic sequence when the end of the bar is reached
• Return of offcuts to the offcut store

Transport system and additional functions

The material feed from the infeed roller conveyor into the machine is controlled manually or automatically until the cut is made.

The material is transported from left to right. On the outfeed side, sawn profiles are removed by means of a horizontal gripper system. This can place parts on a tiltable table, which tips the components into a container as bulk material. Alternatively, the gripper transports the sawn components to the end of the outfeed-side support. A destacking gantry takes over here

Stacking gantry

The destacking gantry consists of a stable frame on which a vertical lifting unit with an electromagnet moves horizontally. The energized magnet removes the sawn components from the stacking area and moves them horizontally. It can place the components in three programmable positions. This process also runs fully automatically with magnetic components.

Chip disposal

Material clamping vise in the saw
Profile clamping in the saw is carried out via a hydraulic horizontal and vertical clamping device. The pressure is adjustable.

Cooling device
The saw blade is cooled and lubricated at the same time by means of a micro-spraying device. The cooling medium to be used can be obtained from Nenok.
