Behringer HBP410-723G

The BEHRINGER HBP 410-723G is a robust, high-performance band saw designed for precise straight and miter cuts in solid material, tubes, profiles, and beams. Thanks to its torsion-resistant cast-iron saw frame, precise band guidance, and powerful hydraulics, the machine is ideally suited for cost-effective use in the steel trade, mechanical engineering, steel construction, and industrial manufacturing.

The system offered features extensive additional equipment, such as a powered feed roller conveyor with a length of 4,100 mm and a discharge roller conveyor with a length of 7,100 mm, a comfort package, and a line laser for fast and precise material positioning.

Side guides with a height of 400 mm are installed on the roller conveyors. This allows pipes to be conveyed as well.

The miter angle is adjusted manually, and the angle is displayed digitally on the saw’s screen. The clamping mechanism is opened and closed hydraulically at the push of a button.

On the discharge side, the stop is also manually adjusted to the desired position using a handwheel. The position, or cutting length, is displayed digitally.

The measuring range is 100 mm (with stop extension) to 7,100 mm.

The stop can be hydraulically swiveled upward when cutting profiles with a longer cutting length or when the material needs to be transported further on the roller conveyor after the cut.

Thanks to these simple adjustment mechanisms for the miter angle and the rip fence, the machine is ideal for shops that want to avoid complex NC controls and prefer mechanical adjustment for quick parameter setup.

The sawing process can be performed in manual or semi-automatic mode.
