Behringer HBP 510-723 G double mitre metal bandsaw

The Behringer HBP 510-723 G double mitre bandsaw is a fully hydraulic high-performance bandsawing machine for the economical, safe and precise cutting of profile bars as well as hard-to-cut solid material made of metal and comparable plastics. The saw has an automatic saw angle adjustment.

A sophisticated transport system with parallel roller table, connected by cross conveyors, ensures optimum material flow, also for removing the profiles. The material feed via the cross conveyors from the infeed roller conveyor into the machine runs from right to left and is controlled manually. The sawing process runs automatically. The maximum sawing length, or the maximum measuring range, is 12.4 m for profiles with a maximum cross-section of 660 x 500 mm.

Automatic length measurement
