The Behringer Eisele HCS 160 MF straight cut fully automatic metal circular saw is a high-quality, robust machine that has been specially designed for professional use and for the highest cutting performance in metal processing, also designed for multi-shift operation. It offers an excellent combination of performance, precision and versatility, making it particularly suitable for larger series thanks to its fully automatic function. The loading magazine is positioned on the infeed side, while on the outfeed side, short pieces can be pushed off the belt via the unloading device at three positions through a pusher into the containers provided for this purpose.
Another feature of the Behringer Eisele HCS 160 MF is the user-friendly Siemens PLC control system. The machine is also equipped with modern safety functions to ensure safe operation.

Automatic length measurement and material feed
The automatic transport, positioning and measurement of the profiles is carried out via a material feed device with a collet via a servo motor with a ball screw and a maximum travel of 8 - 1,000 mm.
A special feature of the transport system installed in the saw is that there are no scratches on the component during feeding.
When feeding, the material is lifted forwards in front of the 0 edge (fixed edge of the clamping device) and slightly upwards, above the material support. As a result, the material is pushed "freely" without touching the clamping jaws. During the return stroke, the rear clamping jaws of the feed unit are positioned backwards (behind 0 edge) and downwards. The unit moves back freely.
Chip disposal
Chips are transported out of the machine bed to the side using a chip conveyor.
Material vice in the saw
The profile clamping in the saw is carried out via a hydraulic horizontal and vertical clamping device. The pressure is adjustable.
Cooling device
The saw blade is cooled and lubricated at the same time by means of a micro-spraying device. The cooling medium to be used can be obtained from Nenok.
Behringer Eisele computer control
A state-of-the-art industrial PC in a compact design for flexible operation in conjunction with a Siemens PLC control system ensures reliable automatic operation.
Transport system and additional functions
The material feed from the loading magazine to the infeed roller conveyor into the machine is fully automatic. Manual operation for smaller quantities is also possible.
The material is transported from left to right.
The sawn parts are transported out of the saw on a belt. The material for small profiles is then removed by means of a pusher into 3 possible openings. This allows different lengths and orders to be discharged separately into containers.
