Gietart Intec preheating oven GO 1500-2 with high-speed burners

Gietart Intec painting center GV1500

• with fully automatic length and width scanning for sheet metal and profiles, suitable for water-based paints and conventional solvent-based paints
• consisting of:
  • 1 dry spray booth in compact design, walls and floor covered with Giebaprotect non-stick film for easy cleaning
  • 4 suction openings at floor level with cascade pre-cleaning
  • 2 supply air filters in the booth roof
  • 1 separate cartridge dry filter type GDF 3-12, to reduce the solids content in the exhaust air to below the prescribed limit of 2 mg/m3 with exhaust air fan 7.5 kW
  • 1 precoater for the filter cartridges
  • 2 spray bridges for the guns
  • 1 drive 2.2 kW with frequency converter for the spray bridges with width control and automatic adjustment of the spray stroke to the feed speed
