Kaltenbach KBS 620 DG APS 615

The Kaltenbach bandsaw KBS 620 DG year 2001 and beam drilling machine Kaltenbach APS 615 year 2000 is a combination as saw-drill line with transport system.
The band saw is equipped with an inclined cutting device and is suitable for sawing steel construction profiles.
The saw band dimension of the KBS 620 DG is 6175 x 41 x 1,3 mm, the saw band versions Bi-metal M2, Bi-metal M42, Bi-metal M51 can be used.
The cutting speed is infinitely variable in a range of 15 - 90 m/min.

The Kaltenbach APS drilling machine has 3 drilling units, one vertical and two horizontal. A 5 compartment tool changer is provided for each drilling axis. The drilling diameter is a minimum of 10 mm and a maximum of 40 mm.
The tools are cooled by air cooling with oil micro-dosing system. The roller conveyors (approx. 14 m inlet as well as 8 m outlet) for the material transport and cross tractors in the inlet (4 pieces x 2.5 m) are included.

The largest workpiece dimension of the boring machine is 600 x 450 mm, the smallest dimension is 65 x 65 mm. The machine weight of the APS 615 drilling rig is 5280 kg, the machine weight of the Kaltenbach KBS620 DG band saw is 2600 kg.

The Kaltenbach saw-drill line has received a new control with software update in June 2016.
