This Kaltenbach KBS 750 DG horizontal bandsaw is a fast and powerful bandsawing machine in two-column design that is ideally suited for sawing sectional steel such as horizontal double T-beams, L-steel U-steel, flat material and rectangular tubes. This saw is operated and programmed directly from the control panel.

The Kaltenbach KBS 750 DG is designed for sawing 16 m long profiles with material dimensions of min. 10 x 10 mm and max. 620 x 500 mm

Kaltenbach LS270 measuring system with length stop on the outfeed side

The material is measured on the outfeed side using a Kaltenbach LS 270 length stop with NC control. The measuring length is designed for a maximum of 15,000 mm. The cross-cut fence consists of a measuring fence with a wide stop plate that can be raised and lowered. The stop arm is equipped with a photocell for switching from high speed to approach speed. It is triggered by a capacitive contact on the stop plate. Automatic clamping, start of the sawing cycle and lifting of the stop arm during the sawing cycle.
