Kaltenbach KBS 1010 + KDS 1015

The Kaltenbach saw drill line consists of the drill line type Kaltenbach KDS 1015 and a band saw type Kaltenbach KBS 1010 DG. The drill line is equipped with carbide drills such as Hartner solid carbide drills or KSEM Kennametal drills for drilling.
The material dimensions (section steel) are a maximum of 1000 x 450 mm and at least 65 x 65 mm. There are 3 drill axes, one vertical and 2 horizontal axes. The drill diameter is at least 10 mm and a maximum of 40 mm at a feed rate of 40 - 1000 mm / min. There is a 5-hole tool changer with a tool holder ISO 40 per drilling axis. The drilling system can mark, drill contours, thread cutting and countersinking. Carbide tools, HSS tools and solid carbide tools can be used.
The saw band dimensions are: 7470 x 41 x 1.3 mm. The cutting speed is 15 - 120 m / min. You can use the following saw blade types: Bi-Metal M2, M42, M51. The material dimensions of the saw at 0 ° are 1010 x 500 mm, at 30 ° left / right 870/840 x 500 mm, at 45 ° left / right 710/670 x 500 mm, at 60 ° left 500 x 500 mm. The feed speed is 0-400 mm / min.
Beams with the maximum length of 19.5 m can be processed.

The saw drill line has just recently received a completely new current software from Kaltenbach.
A transport system Kaltenbach T13 consisting of infeed and outfeed roller conveyers as well as the cross transfer tables with drag chain are included.
