Kaltenbach KBS 1051 + KDM 1015

The Kaltenbach saw drilling line consists of the Kaltenbach KDM 1015 drilling rig and a Kaltenbach KBS 1051 band saw. The drill line is designed for drilling with Hartner solid carbide drills up to 20 mm, as well as carbide insert drills up to 40 mm and HSS inner coolant drills up to 40 mm.
The material dimensions for drilling (profile steel) are maximum 1000 x 400 mm and minimum 50 x 5 mm. The 3 drilling axes each have an output of 29.5 kW servo-controlled, one vertical and 2 horizontal drilling axes. The drill diameter is a minimum of 8 mm and a maximum of 40 mm at a feed speed of 10 - 1500 mm/min. The spindle speed is adjustable from 150 - 2500 rpm. Each drilling axis has a 5-fold tool changer with an SK 40 tool holder. The drilling system can drill, tap and countersink.
The drilling saw line is equipped with an embossing unit type KHS 1000 for embossing numbers and letters for material identification.

The high-performance bandsaw KBS 1051 is suitable for double mitre cuts and is equipped with an automatic part or remnant removal station (autosorter). The saw band dimensions are: 8900 x 54 x 1.6 mm. The cutting speed is 15 - 150 m/min. The material dimensions of the saw at 0° are 1030 x 500 mm, at 30° left/right 900/880 x 500 mm, at 45° left/right 740/700 x 500 mm, at 60° left 525 x 500 mm. The feed speed is 0-600 mm/min.
The drive power of the saw is 12.9 kW.

A transport system Kaltenbach T13 consisting of an infeed roller conveyor and an outfeed roller conveyor as well as the cross tractors. An extended transport system is offered as an option.
Installation, commissioning and training at the customer's site can be offered by Nenok. The plant has few operating hours and is in a very good condition.
