This Kaltenbach KBS 761 DG horizontal bandsaw is a very fast and powerful bandsawing machine that is ideal for sawing sectional steel such as horizontal double T-beams, L-steel, U-steel and rectangular tubes.

Kaltenbach T13 transport system (approx. 2005)

A Kaltenbach T13 transport system is part of the KBS 761 DG bandsaw line. It consists of an infeed roller conveyor and an outfeed roller conveyor, both of which are older. The infeed side consists of a 22 m roller conveyor, the roller conveyor on the outfeed side is 19 m long. Cross conveyors are not included.

Kaltenbach LS270 length stop (year of construction 2018)

A motorized adjustable length stop Kaltenbach LS 270 with NC control positioned in the outfeed side is used for material measurement. The measuring length is designed for a maximum of 15,000 mm. The cross-cut fence consists of a measuring fence with a wide stop plate that can be raised and lowered. A pneumatically extendable attachment enables short material sections to be measured.

The profile clamping in the KBS 761 DG bandsaw is carried out via a hydraulic horizontal vice and a vertical vice. The large mitre adjustment of the NC-controlled double mitre bandsaw ranges from + 30° to - 70°.
