KNUTH WF 1 Universal Tool Milling Machine

The KNUTH WF 1 is a compact and versatile universal tool milling machine for milling and drilling operations. Thanks to its combination of horizontal and vertical spindles, the machine is particularly well-suited for tool and fixture manufacturing, as well as for repair, training, and general workshop tasks.

In addition to the horizontal worktable, the WF 1 features an additional vertical table, providing a wide range of clamping and machining options. The vertical milling head can be swiveled by ±45° and features a manually adjustable quill with a 60 mm stroke. Both spindles are equipped with a robust ISO 40 (SK40) tool holder.

With travel ranges of 300 x 200 x 350 mm, eight feed rates, and separate speed ranges for horizontal and vertical machining, the WF 1 offers a high degree of flexibility for a wide variety of machining tasks.
