Peddinghaus LC 1000

Peddinghaus LC 1000 circular saw is a robust and reliable circular saw for heavy profile machining in steel construction and steel trading. The maximum profile size to be sawn is 440 x 1000 mm. The segment saw blades used have a saw blade diameter of 1000 mm and can be sharpened several times. Depending on which profiles are to be sawn, different segment saw blades are used. Heavy profiles are easier to saw with saw blades of 3 teeth per saw segment, and thinner profiles are more likely to use 5 to 6 teeth per segment. The saw has a miter adjustment of 45 ° / 45 ° for miter cuts.
The profile length measurement and transport in the X-axis is carried out via the Peddinghaus roll measuring feed. A generously dimensioned hydraulic unit ensures workpiece clamping.
The Peddinghaus Circular Saw has a modern Siemens CNC Controller which is responsible for the processing of the CAD Data. The programming is possible at the machine or in the office.

Through a retrofit (modernization) in 2014, the plant was upgraded for the future.

Material transport for infeed and outfeed of the saw is provided by an optional roller conveyor. The disassembly and assembly of the sawing machine can be offered by Nenok.
