This used MicroStep MG -PrBALm 120001.25 plasma cutting system is equipped with a wide range of features for economical sheet metal processing.

The MicroStep MG series is the all-rounder among cutting systems with many additional options for automatic sheet metal processing.

This used sheet metal processing center from the MicroStep MG product line has the following features for processing sheet metal in the dimensions of 2,500 mm x 12,000 mm.

•     Modern MicroStep CNC control incl. software
•     Oxyfuel cutting unit for cutting thick sheets
•     Plasma cutting unit with bevel unit for cutting with a Hypertherm HPR400XD plasma cutting 
      source. This enables the weld seam preparation required in steel construction.
•     ACTG calibration system for measuring the drilling tools and the chamfering unit.
•     Laser marking unit for fast laser marking of the sheet metal components.
•     The equipment of the plasma cutting system includes a fully automatic drilling unit with tool changer for up to 8
      cutting tools. The powerful 26.8 kW drilling spindle enables the use of carbide drills up to a diameter of 40 mm,
      thread cutting up to M33 and countersinking.
•     Flap-controlled extraction table and TEKA filter system.
