Peddinghaus PCD1100 + Meba1100DG

The Peddinghaus Cooperation beam saw drill combination consists of a Peddinghaus PCD1100 beam drill line and a Meba 1100 DG mitre band saw.
The PCD 1100 drilling machine perfectly complements the mitre band saw1100 DG and is sold in exactly this combination. With little space consumption you get a lot of output!
There is no tool changer available but the machine has a marking device. The Peddinghaus drilling machine from the year 2008 is suitable for the use of our HSS inner coolant drills.

The Meba Band saw 1100 DG has the following specifications:
The cutting area for tubular material is in the anti-clockwise direction at 30 ° of 450 mm and at 45 ° of 510 mm.
For flat material and 30 ° clockwise and counterclockwise the size is 450 x 500 mm, at 45 ° 700 x 500 mm and at 90 ° 1100 x 500 mm
Simple to operate and only requires one operator in combined operation sawing and drilling.

The Peddinghaus PCD 1100 beam drilling line offers the following:
The maximum carrier width is 1100 mm but at least 76 mm. The beam drill line drills with a maximum drill diameter of 40 mm with HSS oil feed drills from nenok. The three drill spindles have a power of 10 kW. One feature of the combination of drilling line and band saw is that the cooling is environmentally friendly and no coolant residues remain on the surface.

An infeed and outfeed roller conveyer system as well as a cross transfer table are also included.
