Description of Peddinghaus FDB 600/3

Peddinghaus FDB 600 flat steel drilling and burning machine from the Peddimat product range for economical drilling and flame cutting of sheet metal, steel plates and flat steel. The FDB 600 is equipped with a CNC control type Siemens Sinumerik 810. This control, in conjunction with a PC and the appropriate post processor, is to process data from a common CAD system in DSTV or DXF format. Job files such as contour data, velocities, positions, etc. are then automatically taken over by the drilling machine and displayed on the screen for checking by the operator. The machining size of the Peddinghaus FDB 600 is with a material width of 80 mm to 600 mm, a thickness of 6 mm - 50 mm and a flat steel length in the standard up to 6000 mm (even longer flat steel can be processed depending on the material weight by the roll feed system, here however, advice from the supplier is necessary).
The drilling unit is suitable for the use of HSS inner coolant drills (Nenok inner coolant drills with flat grinding and the cooling liquid Nencool are particularly suitable) in the diameter range from ø 8 mm to max. ø 40 mm.
The burning unit is designed for oxy-fuel cutting. The gas type is changeable on request,
Transport, installation and commissioning of the FDB 600 as well as the corresponding operator training and the subsequent machine service and spare parts supply are provided on request by the service and spare parts department of Nenok.
