Peddinghaus MEBAtop 1020 DGP

Used Peddinghaus  MEBAtop 1020 DGP band saw for profile steel processing in steel construction and steel trade.

The MEBAtop 1020 DGP is a double mitre bandsaw with a special swivel unit via a gantry design that is used especially in combination with Peddinghaus drill lines for profile steel machining.
The mitre suspension of the MEBAtop 1020DGP is mounted above the saw table on a stable gantry above the material to be sawn. This band saw design enables a large trouble-free swivel range of +/- 30°on both sides above the material.

Further advantages of this Peddinghaus-Meba saw system are the very robust construction in connection with a 90° material clamping and the possibility of a both-sided material flow direction.
