Peddinghaus TDK1000 beam drill line

Peddinghaus TDK 1000/9 drill line for profiles in steel construction and steel trade.

The Peddimat TDK 1000 drilling rig has 3 drilling axes with 3 drilling spindles per drilling axis. These 3 drilling spindles are equipped with different drilling diameters to enable quick drill bit changes for different drilling diameters. The drill spindles are equipped with internal air cooling and are therefore suitable for use with the Nenok HSS inner coolant drill. During drilling, a cooling lubricant is added to the compressed air (approx. 6 bar) so that the cooling channel drill can provide a higher drilling performance.

The Peddimat drilling machine has its own drive and measuring system, the roller measuring feed. With this type of material length measurement in the X-axis, the profile carriers are driven by hardened steel rollers and measured by measuring discs. This reliable and fast measuring system enables accurate material measurement while at the same time saving a lot of space in the drilling rig. This also allows a roller table extension for shorter or longer profiles to be retrofitted at any time.

The profile dimensions are max. 1000 mm x 420 mm height and width.
