In the Wendomat type Hy B1, the carrying arm adjustment is manual.The load capacity of the Wendomat pair is 5000 kg, i.e. 2500 kg per scaffold. The dead weight of the turning direction is 850 kg per traverse.

The Petry Wendomat is a turning device that enables economical and effective production in steel construction and metal construction and offers great advantages in welding production. Heavy steel components (such as lattice towers, bridge profiles, crane girders and other steel structures) are brought into the desired position by means of the turning device and can thus be welded under ergonomically optimal conditions. Even heavy and bulky construction parts with a unit weight of 50 kN and a cross-section of 900 x 1000 mm and even those that are provided with brackets and haunches (up to 700 mm) can be turned without any problems by using the Petry Wendomat without endangering the employees. For inserting large cross-sections, the support arms are opened manuelly. The use of plastic-coated steel mesh lifting belts ensures smooth and safe turning. A roller system makes it easy to position the Wendeomat at a new welding location.
