Powerful unit configuration (ELL)

The machine has three specialized working elements that guarantee precise results with laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cut workpieces:

• Highly elastic deburring roller (7.5 kW): oscillating, with 420 mm diameter and pneumatic tolerance compensation. The abrasive dimensions are 600 mm wide x 1540 mm long. This effortlessly compensates for workpiece distortions of up to 6 mm.
• Two counter-rotating brush rollers (3 kW each): Equipped with sanding flaps (grit 100) for perfect rounding of the cut edges.
• Magnetic clamping device: A continuous magnetic track under the conveyor belt allows ferritic small parts from cheque card size to be securely fixed and processed across the entire working width.
• Leather conveyor belt: A highly resistant chrome leather endless belt ensures maximum resistance to flying sparks and high temperatures during the deburring process.
• Electronic diagnosis "ORTOMAT": The integrated fault diagnosis system visually displays the status of all safety functions and enables quick troubleshooting.

Safety & maintenance

The machine bears the CE mark and complies with the relevant accident prevention regulations. It has a safety flap at the infeed (thickness control) and two emergency stop buttons. The design offers excellent accessibility from all sides for easy cleaning and maintenance.
