The Schröder SPB Evolution UD swing bending machine is a modern CNC controlled machine with soft bend technology, which is characterized by speed, power and precision.

With the (UD) up-and-down technology of the bending beam, the Schröder SPB EVO UD 3200/4.0 allows more processing steps in less time, minimizing the handling effort.

The Evolution UD bending machine features two fully automatic tool changers with hydraulic clamping for the upper beam tools, as well as an automatic positioning stop with pneumatically controlled stop fingers on the operator side. Via the 21.5" color touch screen of the swiveling control unit, components can be conveniently programmed by "finger" and machining can be simulated in 3 D mode, including automatic bend sequence calculation and collision check.

The POS 3000 3D control unit has an open Ethernet interface for integration into the company network. The large working memory has 2 GB. The system is based on Windows 7 and is equipped with an IntelCore i5 2.5Ghz.
