The Behringer SLB 230DG-HA is a semi-automatic hydraulic double-miter band saw designed for professional use in workshops and manufacturing facilities.

The SLB 230DG-HA is suitable for the cost-effective and precise cutting of profile material, tubes, and solid material made of steel and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the miter adjustment on both sides up to 45° and the hydraulic saw arm control, it is particularly versatile for single-piece and small-batch production.

The cutting range at 90° is up to Ø 240 mm, 240 × 240 mm for square stock, and 310 × 200 mm or 270 × 240 mm for flat stock. For miter cuts, cutting ranges of up to 45° to the right, 30° to the right, and 45° to the left are available. A frequency-controlled 1.1-kW drive enables a continuously adjustable cutting speed from 16 to 120 m/min, allowing the machine to be optimally adapted to various materials.

The band saw blade dimensions are 2,700 × 27 × 0.9 mm. With a material support height of 990 mm and a machine weight of approximately 490 kg, the SLB 230DG-HA offers high stability and ergonomic working conditions.
