Rems Unimat 75

REMS Unimat 75 thread cutting machine, a semi-automatic high-performance machine for the efficient cutting of bolt and pipe threads. Bolt threads from 6 to 72 mm and pipe threads from 16 to 63 mm can be produced. The thread length is unlimited up to Ø 30 mm, Starting from Ø 72 mm up to 200 mm producible. The tapping machine is suitable for continuous operation by a stable planetary gear and a specially designed for tapping strong three-phase motor. The direction of rotation can be changed with a lever for right and left-hand thread. The thread cutting head with regrindable dies in a self-centering holder system is very robust. The following cutting jaw sizes are with the machine: M12, 16, 20, 24, 27 and 30.
