VOORTMAN V630 + HS540 1100 GBS

Voortman V630 saw drill line as a combination of band saw Pehaka HS540-1100 GBS and drilling line V630 for sawing and drilling steel profiles up to a profile size of 1000 mm. The profile length to be machined is measured and driven via the X-axis with a clamp measuring carriage. The horizontal mitre band saw cuts +/- 45° and one-sided - 30°. The Voortman drilling rig is equipped with 3 drilling spindles with 5.5 kW drive power each and 3 tool changers with 5 positions each. The V630 drilling rig is designed with a spindle speed of 250 to 1200 rpm for machining with HSS cooling channel drills. An embossing and marking unit for marking the profiles with letters and numbers is included. The machine offer includes the 24 m infeed roller conveyor with clamp measuring carriage. An outfeed roller conveyor is available at an extra charge.

Programming is done either at the machine or via a data interface from the office. The CAD data can either be read directly into the controller via a data interface or transferred via diskette. The two machine computers have only recently been replaced.
