Vernet Behringer MAG EVO plate machining center for drilling, tapping, milling, marking and plasma cutting.

This modern plate processing machining center is optimally applicable for the production of head plates, connecting plates, foot plates and flat steel components in steel processing, steel trading and plant engineering.

The Vernet Behringer MAG Evo 420 plate processing center is equipped on the infeed side with a roller conveyor for flat steel or plates of 4000 x 2000 mm with zero position cross conveyors, NC feed carriage and retractable collets. On the discharge side, a discharge roller conveyor with unloading table ensures unloading of the small components.

MAG EVO drilling unit

The powerful drilling unit has a drive power of 16 kW and a spindle speed of 160 to 4000 rpm. This makes the drilling unit of the MAG EVO suitable for the use of carbide tools. An automatic tool changer with 14 tool holders ensures a fast tool change. Furthermore, this modern unit is equipped with the necessary software options for milling and scribe marking.

MAG EVO Plasma Cutting Unit Kjellberg HiFocus 360i

For thermal cutting a Kjellberg HiFocus 360i neo plasma cutting unit is used for material thicknesses up to 50 mm.
