Description of Voortman V550
Voortman V550 punch-shear unit suitable for shearing and punching flat steel and angle profiles.
This low-cost Voortman V550 punch-shear unit has a horizontal and a vertical punching unit, a marking unit and a length measuring system with material transport. The maximum punching diameter is 32 mm, the maximum punching force is 100 t. The punch-shear unit is supplied with a transport system. The infeed roller conveyor has a length of 12 m, the outfeed roller conveyor is 7 m long.
The conveyor belt for material removal which can be seen in the photo is not included!
The V550 consists of a angle steel shear VHS 1800 with a maximum shear force of 180 tonnes. The capacity of the angle steel shear is a minimum of 50 x 50 x 5 mm and a maximum of 150 x150 x15 mm.
The flat steel shear VPS 1800 also has a maximum shear force of 180 tonnes. The capacity of the flat steel shear is a maximum of 500 x 22 mm at a 90 degree cut and a maximum of 300 x 20 mm at 45 degrees.
The Voortman V550 punching shear is in good condition.
