The HCS series consists of the HCS E series and the HCS MF series and are both ideally suited for the mass production of saw cuts. The powerful Eisele HCS series are automatic circular saws for a wide range of performance requirements with a flexible range of solutions. This saw series is characterized by maximum cutting performance and reliability and therefore achieves low unit costs.

Behringer Eisele HCS 90 E and HCS 150 E

The two Eisele HCS 90 E and HCS 150 E high-performance metal circular saws have a high level of equipment with high-quality machine components. With a drive power of 8 kW / 15 kW and the use of high-performance circular saw blades with a cutting range of 90 mm to 152.4 mm and a saw blade diameter of 250 mm to 460 mm, these circular saws reliably cover a wide range of requirements as all-round machines.

The already high sawing performance of the high-performance HCS MF (Multifluid) series of metal circular saws is further enhanced.

The Behringer-Eisele multifluid cooling concept multiplies the standard high sawing performance of the HCS series many times over. Shorter cycle times, higher output - the multifluid concept of the HCS MF series opens up new dimensions of efficiency through precise cooling when sawing high-alloy stainless and tool steels, nickel-based alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy as well as titanium alloys.
With a drive power of 22.5 kW to 28 kW and the use of high-performance circular saw blades with a cutting range of 105 mm to 190 mm and a saw blade diameter of 285 mm to 560 mm, these high-performance circular saws reliably cover a wide range of requirements for mass production.
