Manual single-sided mitre bandsaw

With the Behringer SLB230, the mitre angle to be sawn can be infinitely adjusted on one side. The saw frame is locked by means of a quick clamp. The pivot point is located in the cutting area between the saw blade and fixed jaw - this means that there is no change to the dimension reference line.

Behringer SLB230 DG Manual Double Mitre Saw

The Behringer SLB230 DG double miter saw impresses with its precise, robust, and user-friendly design. Thanks to the miter mechanism, which is infinitely adjustable on both sides, miter cuts can be made flexibly without changing the reference line. The workpiece is securely clamped in a sturdy manual vise with a quick-release lever. Combined roller and carbide guides for the saw blade ensure precise cutting results; their adjustable guide can be adapted to the respective cut width.

The hydraulic saw feed allows for a continuously adjustable lowering speed, while the saw frame is raised and lowered via push buttons. An adjustable cooling system with two nozzles reliably supplies coolant to the cutting area, and the removable reservoir facilitates cleaning. Manual saw blade tension is visually monitored and balanced by a disc spring assembly, thereby preventing overloads. An automatic shut-off in the event of a blade break increases operational safety. The equipment is rounded out by a standard measuring stop with a millimeter scale up to 600 mm, as well as the option to customize the machine with roller conveyors and measuring devices to suit the specific application.
