The Carif Seria BA bandsaws are fully automatic metal saws with CNC control and the necessary safety features. The CNC control of the Carif BA CNC bandsaws allows you to automate your production and monitor the saws remotely. The Carif 320 BA CNC and Carif 450 BA CNC models are available, both of which are optionally available in a user-friendly "touch version": Carif 320 BA CNC Touch and Carif 450 BA CNC Touch.

The band saws from Carif are designed for industrial use, yet are characterized by their ease of use. The double-sided mitre adjustment makes the Carif band saw particularly popular as a small all-round machine in metal construction and steel construction. Carif also offers an extensive range of accessories (e.g. roller tables, transport systems, length measurement, etc.), some of which you can also view on site at Nenok. The necessary tools (such as saw bands, cooling lubricants, etc.) are of course also available.

The range of Carif bandsaws includes both semi-automatic and fully automatic bandsaws, with the Carif BA series comprising fully automatic CNC bandsaws. All band saws have a patented hydraulic feed and are characterized by uncomplicated operation and consistently high sawing quality.

The Carif 320 BA CNC and Carif 450 BA CNC models are almost identical, the only difference being the maximum cutting range, which is reflected in the model name:

The Carif 320 BA CNC has a cutting range of up to 320 x 230 mm and the Carif 450 BA CNC up to 450 x 240 mm. You can find out more about this in the detailed description of the bandsaws below.

The Carif BA CNC is a robust, fully automatic band saw

The Carif BA CNC automatic band saws are extremely robust and feature a patented hydraulic feed. This enables the sawing process to be optimally adapted to the workpiece or material. Both the speed of the band saw and the pressure of the saw blade on the workpiece can be very finely adjusted by the hydraulic control system, whereby the pressure of the saw blade is even self-regulating. This not only makes sawing efficient and very easy, but also significantly increases service life. The bandsaw runs more smoothly and thanks the user with a longer service life of the bandsaw and saw blade.

The integrated hydraulic pump of the Carif BA bandsaws has a distributor for the saw feed and the vice, with which the workpiece is clamped during sawing.

The feed of the material and the clamping of the workpiece in the vice is therefore carried out hydraulically.

The retraction height of the saw feed can be adjusted using a manual quick stop. This allows the sawing process to be accelerated with consistent workpieces.

Mitre adjustment and material stop

The mitre of the band saw is infinitely adjustable from -45° to +60°. The band saw bracket has a high-quality ball bearing so that the miter can be set precisely and easily and locked cleanly. Just like the saw band guide, it is made of a hardened die-cast aluminum alloy to meet the increased demands for robustness in steel construction.

The material fence has a length of 500 mm and can also be adjusted in height so that flat steel, round steel or differently shaped workpieces can be precisely cut to length.

Roller track expandable

The fully automatic BA CNC bandsaws are equipped with a 1 m roller conveyor in the material feed as standard.

In order to process longer workpieces with ease, the Carif BA CNC bandsaws can be extended with additional roller conveyors in the material feed and ejection.

On the left-hand side (material infeed), the Carif B-W 500 roller conveyors can be easily extended with 2 feet. The first roller conveyor with 4 feet is mounted on the saw in the material ejection area using a connecting piece. Further roller conveyors with 2 feet can then be extended as required in the same way as on the material feed side.

For flexible applications, roller stands are also available for the Carif BA CNC band saws, which are equipped with either non-slip rubber feet or rollers. If, for example, the workpiece in your production changes regularly or no series processing takes place, the material feed can be adapted quickly and easily with the mobile roller stand.

Accessories for the Carif BA CNC band saws

The manual angle display of the Carif BA CNC band saws can be replaced or extended by a digital display. This also applies to the material stop. If particularly heavy workpieces are being used, a second vice can also be attached to the band saw. An optional horizontal clamping jaw is also available for the Carif BA CNC band saw.

In addition to the cooling system fitted as standard, a lubrication system can be installed that applies a light film of oil directly to the saw band. This makes the saw cuts cleaner and more precise and increases the service life of the saw blade.

The Carif 320 BA CNC is the model with the medium, maximum cutting range of the model series. The working range for a 90° cut is available for different workpiece cross-sections:
