Model series Liberty from Ficep

The Liberty CNC-controlled drilling machine is a powerful profile beam drilling machine with three high-performance drilling units for drilling, countersinking, tapping and marking. Thanks to the very high spindle drive power of 31 kW and the high spindle speeds, it is also possible to mill slotted holes and notches in addition to using carbide drills. The Liberty drilling machine can also be equipped with automatic tool changers, material conveyors for removing remnants, a marking unit and the option of scribing for markings. The Liberty is used as a pure drilling machine or in combination with a horizontal Katana mitre band saw. The material is transported and measured in the X-axis by a gripper measuring carriage (also known as a pincher). As an option, the Liberty drilling system can also be used in combination with a notching robot.
