Thermal CNC notching machine for the automatic notching of steel profiles. The Flex series of CNC-controlled notching machines enables the fast cutting of steel profiles with an oxyfuel cut or plasma cut in high cutting quality.

Ficep 1201FRC

The Ficep FRC 1201 notching machine is part of the modern Ficep Flex notching machine series.

This modern CNC-controlled notching machine is suitable for cutting and notching profile types H / U / L / flat and square tubes. The profile is positioned in the system at the position to be cut using a pulling gripper measuring carriage and later cut out.

There is an oxy-fuel cutting torch and a plasma cutting torch.

Profiles workspace: min. 80 x 10 mm
max. profile size: 1220 x 610 mm
