Model series Tipo G from Ficep

The Ficep Tipo G machine series are modern sheet metal processing centers for automatic drilling, routing and thermal cutting with oxyfuel cutting and plasma cutting of large metal sheets and steel plates up to a material thickness of 100 mm.

The Ficep TIPO G series combines the advantages of plate processing with a stable portal frame that guides the cutting and drilling units. The metal sheets are positioned at the exact processing point via a stable roller conveyor and a gripper measuring system. The tongs are guided by a very stable rack and pinion system and transport the heavy metal sheets. The TIPO G series integrates CNC-controlled oxyfuel cutting and/or plasma cutting, drilling, milling, scribing, countersinking and marking in a single system. The positioning of the auxiliary axis of the spindle enables all work processes to be carried out without having to move the sheet or steel plate. Automatic unloading of the finished components makes the Ficep TIPO G25 and Tipo G31 ideal for the production of small and medium-sized steel plates.
Stable hold-down devices integrated into the drilling units hold the steel plates in position during processing and prevent vibrations that could impair the hole quality and tool wear of the carbide tools.

The Tipo G25 LG sheet metal processing center is designed for a maximum plate or sheet size of (width x length) 2540 mm x 6,000 mm (optionally also for longer sheet metal plates)

Ficep TIPO G31LG

The Tipo G31 LG is suitable for a maximum sheet size of (width x length) 3,100 mm x 6,000 mm or, as an option, for sheet lengths of up to 14,000 mm
